What are Private Transactions

Private transactions is a feature supported on Ethereum and Solana chains allowing for an enhanced confidentiality of transaction details.

Instead of sending transactions to the public mempool, private transactions are submitted to a private RPC, this in return makes your transactions invisible to the general public until they are executed and reduces the risk of frontrunning.

While private transactions are not guaranteed to be included in the next block, in most cases there will be no noticeable difference.

To enhance the likelihood of a private transaction being processed quickly, Ethereum users can include a higher Validator Tip(above 2Gwei). This tip incentivizes validators to prioritize the transaction, often leading to faster inclusion in a block. Overall, private transactions offer an added layer of privacy and security.
