(I tried posting this over at accounting already but got no responses so hoping I can get an answer here) I’m trying to reconcile my accounts and I’m having troubles figuring out exactly why my balance displays are incorrect. I just finally figured out that the mismatched numbers I have are due to 3 of these transactions saying withdraw and subtracting money rather than being a sale and adding it back to my account. I just don’t know why they are withdrawals rather than sales now, I’ve never moved it to a different account to trade elsewhere so I’m confused what it could mean. *Note that these are not 2024 transactions, trying to catch up from past years. I also apologize if this subreddit is not for this, I figured reconsiling accounts and accounting go hand-n-hand so it made sense to me. TIA submitted by /u/YomanJaden99 |
