Which krypto app will alow me to buy the coin and sell it amededly? Without a holding period like coinbase has

because coin base has been holding my Crypto for eight days now and i have to use it ,i can’t even put it in my wallet ,they still basically locked my coinbase Account down, i try to cash out the Bitcoin to my PayPal now, i hope that at least this is working, i really apreciate any help that i can get, i just need a Crypto app that i allows me to amediatly sell and use my Bitcoin to buy and trade and to send Bitcoin to other wallets without any Holding Period what soever .so basically i’m looking for a Bitcoin App wwhere i can Put money in right now and send , sell and use the Bitcoin right away without any waiting time…
