Memecoin cto‘s: what to do if the dev is inactive?

Me and some friends did a couple (& some successful) ctos of dead memecoins.

But to update the dex profile to claim it as a Community takeover, or put new links in there, you have to show them (via dextools) an official Statement of the previous dev, where he agrees on a cto.

But what if no links to the original telegram, website or twitter work anymore?

Is there a possibility to update the dex profile still or no?
