Possible sue?

Hi all, I have posted something similar in the past, and it just resurfaced in my email.

A certain misleading website advertised to be selling mining hardware since 2019 is still online scamming people with fake reviews on Trustpilot. IT HAS BEEN 5 WHOLE YEARS

Is it possible to sue them still? There are still people being scammed up to this day. I don’t want my money back, I just never want anybody else to face this like me.

It is a valuable lesson, sure. Pretty much taught me the basics of the crypto world, but other people may not treat it like mine.
