I’m looking for some insights from the community on a strategy I’ve been considering in light of the potential geopolitical events that might unfold in the coming days (Iran attacking Israel). With the possibility of a 10-20% drop in the crypto market, particularly in Ethereum (ETH), I’m thinking about shorting ETH.
ETH is currently hovering around $2,650, and I have $7,500 in my portfolio. I‘m debating how much to risk and what leverage to use. If I were to use 10x or 20x leverage, what would be a reasonable liquidation price target? How would you approach this trade, considering the potential volatility? Is this strategy too risky, or is it worth the gamble? Would love to hear your thoughts and advice!
