Any thoughts on kamino and their mSOL/SOL pool?

I see on the Marinade site that they suggest using kamino, (as well as Raydium and Solend).

I had a look at it and it seems easy enough, I even added some mSOL/SOL liquidity and everything seems smooth enough.

I also did a bit of Google snooping and didn’t find much.

Has anybody here got some good/bad experience with them? Any tips/suggestions?

Is staking with them the best use of my mSOL?
