I am trying to send USDC via sol to phantom wallet but it keeps getting declined every time I do it. I always have this issue that it declines 1-2 times and I have to wait 1 hour since it’s pending for each withdrawal. Then on the 3rd or 4th try it will finally work and it takes 1-3 minutes. Anybody have this issue withdrawing from CDC to phantom wallet ? The wallet address is correct, I’m not sure why it takes multiple tries to withdraw ?
