Best Rates For Swaps? Solflare/Phantom, Jup or Bots?

I’m wondering about different prices for swapping coins directly from the mobile wallet.

I’m using mostly solflare wallet and have just swapped directly out of the wallet. recently I started connecting to jup.ag and found out that they offer much better rates.

so how to know what service offers the best numbers? are there sniping bots or other tools that even beat the jup rates?
