What type of Bot is he using?

Hi guys. I have been monitoring a wallet for a while and i see some strange movements. This wallet does a lot of trades during the day and he quite always make around % profit when he wins. The strange thing about it is that he stays in the trades for very little time, sometimes just 2 or 3 blocks (so less than a second). How can he do something like that? He is not a sniper, cause he doesnt enter in new tokens, he enters in random tokens where there is some spike of volume and does these super fast trades. I suppose he is using some bots.. In the meanwhile i am seeing lately that he is doing this also on Pump.fun, but he is not a sniper i suppose, cause he buys like 1 minute after the tokens are launched (this only regarding pump.fun).
