Has this happened to anyone?

Hi Everyone, need some help. I recently purchased Solana on Coinbase. Once the token cleared, I decided to send it to my phantom wallet. I was asked to verify my IDENTITY when sending the tokens to my Phantom wallet (strange after I did all this when I signed up for Coinbase). I copied the Phantom wallet address, pasted in Coinbase, then sent. It said the transaction was “delayed” for roughly 24 hours. The next day I checked the transaction in Coinbase and it said “completed”. Went to my Phantom wallet address and there was NO Solana in the wallet. So I decided to check back in Coinbase for the transaction to ensure the send address was correct. Lo and behold, the address that Coinbase sent the money to was different than I originally entered on the app.

Is it possible that there was a scam done here? Its been several weeks and the balance hasn’t changed, there’s no transactions on the address that received it, and I still cannot access the funds because it doesn’t match any of the wallet addresses I own.
